I also wonder if AFSCME is going to try to take credit for keeping this facility open?

I wonder too, are AFSCME and the Gov working in conjunction with one another to make each other look good?

I think you can count on AFSCME taking credit for keeping this facility open. They need some positive press coverage, and although this is not really positive, it is for those that will still be served and those that will maintain their jobs.
