They are expected to consider aid cuts to local governments as well as layoffs and furloughs of state employees. They also are expected to debate tuition increases at public universities.

Now, if they would get around to rescinding Thornton, we would be getting somewheres!
I spoke of Thornton over a year ago. Half the people I brought it up to have no clue what it is.
Unfortunately, that is your typical Maryland voter. I have found that to be true where I work as well as in the community meetings I have attended!
