I think Curry is going to run against O'Malley. He is really pissed off that his county has been shafted in the moneys being distributed. As for plan B, they are going to have to play catch-up since the gov put out his irresponsible budget counting on largesse from D.C.
Baltimore City gets special treatment. I wonder why ... ha!
